Manage your booking
If for some reason you need to change an existing booking we kindly ask you to get in touch with us as soon possible. You can reach us by telephone of per e-mail. If you write us an email, it is important mention the following information:
- Name of the booking
- Booking confirmation number
You can find your booking confirmation number on the booking confirmation e-mail that has been sent when you completed the booking.
At Budgettours Jamaica we understand that plans can change along the way. Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel or reschedule your existing booking up to 24 hours before the experience starts free of charge. Therefore you can easily reschedule your booking free of charge to an earlier or later date if this conditions of the cancellation policy apply.
To reschedule your booking, you will need to get in touch with us so we can process the necessary changes. Please read the "How do I change a booking" question to find out how to proceed.

If there will be less participants
If there will be less participants going than originally booked, we will refund the price difference. This is an automatic process and it will be refunded through the payment method that has been used upon completing the booking.
If there will be more participants
To add participants, you will need to make a new booking for the extra number of participants. We are unable to add participants to an existing booking as, for security reasons, your payment details are completely encrypted during the booking process. Optionally, you can cancel your booking and re-book for the new total number of participants. Before cancelling your existing booking however, please check whether your chosen activity is available for the new number of participants.
If the accomodation you will be staying at changed from the one of your original booking, you will need to get in touch with us so we update the booking. To change your booking, please read the "How do I change a booking" question.
You will be staying in the same resort
If your new accomodation is in the same resort as the one from your original booking, the change will be processed free of charge
You will be staying in a different resort
If your new accomodation is located in another resort as the one from your original booking then price differences might apply. Experience prices might differ per resort due to different costs in transportation. Therefore, if the total booking price is lower than the original booking, we will refund the price difference. The refund will be processed throug the payment method that has been used upon completing the booking. If the new total booking price is higher than the original booking, you will need to cancel the booking and rebook the experience. This is because we are unable to charge additional fees to your payment method once the booking has been completed. Before cancelling your existing booking, please get in touch with us first to look at the different options.
Budgettours Jamaica offers a flexible cancellation policy with no cancellations fees for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the activity starts, unless stated differently. If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy, no cancelletion fees will apply. If you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us so we can process the cancellation and refund. If you cancel a booking, we'll confirm your cancellation via email.

Meeting Point & Pickup Information
Shared experiences
If you booked a shared experience, you will be picked up in front of the resort provided upon booking the experience. Are you staying in a smaller bed and breakfast or in an Airbnb? Then you will be picked up at a dedicated meeting point within the area you are staying in. If you have any doubts whether you will be picked up in front of your resort or at a dedicated meeting point? Get in touch with us over phone or email and we will happily assist you further. If you booked a private activity, you will be picked up in front of the accomodation or resort provided upon booking the experience. Your guide will meet you at the entrance of your resort.
Private experiences
If you booked a private activity, you will be picked up in front of the accomodation or resort provided upon booking the experience. Your guide will meet you at the entrance of your resort.Your pickup time varies on the hotel, guest house, or villa that you are staying in as there might be several stops along the way.
In order to reduce pick-up waiting times we only start communicating pick-up times as from 48 hours before the experience starts. You will get an email from us 48 hours before your activity starts with the exact pick-up time. To secure a smooth departure, we request our travelers to be ready for pick-up at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the experience starts. Your guide will meet you at the entrance of your resort.
Did you book a private experience?
Then you have the freedom to choose your pick-up time yourself. We will reach out to you 48 hours before your activity starts, however, if you already have a preferred pick-up time in mind, please get in touch with us by email.
With over hundreds of accomodations in Jamaica we understand that you might now which resort you are staying in exactly. The main resorts where we offer experiences from are : Negril, Lucea (Hannover), Montego Bay, Rosehall, Falmouth, Trelawny, Runaway Bay and Ocho Rios. When in doubt, we suggest you to get in touch with your travel agency or accomodation directly to confirm the resort you will be staying in. Alternatively locating your accomodation on Google maps can also provide you with the necessary information. If however you still need assistance, you can reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.
Generally we only pick-up at the entrance from main (boutique) hotels and not from private villa's or airbnb's. The reason being that we might not be able to locate all independent accomodations. We communicate the pick-up information as from 48 hours before the experience starts per email. For this we use the contact details provided when the booking has been made. You did not get an email from us?

Sometimes our emails end up in our travelers spam folder. Unfortunately this is sometimes beyond our control.

Payments & Refunds
We offer the following payment methods in our shop: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) & Paypal
Unless stated differently, the prices are displayed on our website are final prices. The include all price components and the staturory VAT. No extra charges or costs will apply after completing your booking.
Unfortunately it is not possible to pay on the day of the experience. Therefore we recommend you to book your experience or transfer latest 24 hours through our website before the preferred day to confirm your booking.
After you have selected "Add to cart", you will start the checkout process. In the cart overview, beneath the experience(s) you have chosen, you will find a box that says: "Do you have a coupon code?". Introduce your discount code and click on "Apply coupon" button. The total price of your booking will be automatically updated, applying the discount. Alternatively you can also introduce the discount code on the checkout page in the box that says: "Have a coupon?". Here, the same method applies.
Warning: remember to apply the discount code before paying your booking! Once your booking has been confirmed, you will not be able to change it.
If you cancel your booking within the cancellation policy or there has been a change in your booking for which you need to be refunded, your refund will be automatically processed through the same payment method you used to book the activity. You should see it in your account within 14 business days. For a partial refund or a cancellation, you will get an automatic notification per email as well.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, you are always entitled to a full refund. Once you have received a cancellation confirmation email from us, your refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method you used to book the activity. You should see it in your account within 14 business days.
If you need further assistance with your refund, please contact us via email or by telephone.
Once your refund is confirmed, it may take up to 14 business days for the balance to show on your bank statement/card. Kindly note that some credit card providers may have different processing times.
Make sure you check the same payment method you used when booking. If you still haven't received your refund after 14 business days, contact your bank. If they cannot find your refund, please contact us per email. We'll happily provide you with a reference number for tracking your refund.
Our Best Price Guarantee ensures that you will never pay more than the best price available online for the same experience. We only provide this guarantee if the same activity is offered at exactly the same conditions: e.g. venue, amount of participants, availibility and inclusions. Please note that our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to discounts you may encounter on other websites.
Did you find the same experience at a lower price online? Then please share with us by email the link to the website that offers your experience at a lower price. We will then check if the offer meets our guidelines and, if applicable, refund you the price difference. Make sure the price, activity title and name of the local tour or activity provider are clearly visible.
