Next up will be a visit to the Appleton Rum Estate, where you take a journey back in time and discover how one of the world’s finest rums is created. The adventure continues with a short boat ride to Floyd’s Pelican Bar. Built with driftwood in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, Pelican Bar is often described as one of the coolest bars in the world. The bar is uniquely decorated by the owner Floyd, with memorabilia from all the travellers that have visited. Carve out your name into the wood, and bring a flag or an old license plate, which Floyd will add to the décor.

Play dominoes with the locals, sunbathe or take a dip in the shallow turquoise waters surrounding Pelican Bar. If you’re lucky you can even catch sight of stingrays and dolphins. As the day draws to an end, ride back to the docks for the return journey, stocked with memories of a lifetime.
